There are 12 songs that you can learn for your Ocarina. 6 are meant to accomplish small tasks. The other 6 warp you to the Temple you learned the song at. To learn it you have to do a certain task.

SCARECROW'S SONG: ________ This song is optional, it is eight notes and you create it as a child. Talk to the scarecrows at Lake Hylia and play them a song that you create. Be sure to memorize it! When you are an adult, go back and talk to the remaining scarecrow. Then play the same song to him. From now on when your an adult, if Navi turns green and flies to an open space, play the Scarecrow Song to make a Scarecrow appear and use your hookshot on it to reach new places! If you do not like the song you created, simply go back in time and make a new one.
